What we collect
When we contact businesses or you contact us, we keep business contact details: your name, job title, company, work email and work phone number, plus notes from our conversations. We find this information on company websites, professional networks such as LinkedIn, or receive it directly from you.
Why, and on what basis
We use this information to contact you about services relevant to your role, and to follow up on conversations we've had. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or your consent where the law requires it. In Denmark we only email you after you've agreed to it.
Client data
When we work on a project, we process your data only under a written data processing agreement. We keep it inside the EU where possible, delete working copies when the project ends, and never use it to train models for other clients.
How long we keep it
Contact details are kept while we're in contact and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only what we need to respect that request.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to being contacted. Reply "no" to any email, or write to us, and we'll stop
- Complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet)
Website
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, so your browser sends your IP address to GitHub when you visit, as with any website. Fonts are served from this site itself, not from Google or any other third party. The contact form on our home page does not send data anywhere: it only opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app. We don't receive or store any visitor information.
